Conference Room Rates:

Single Room Rate    $154.00 per night +taxes
Double Room Rate $154.00 per night +taxes
Suite $174.00 per night +taxes

Rooms can be shared by parties of up to four people at no additional charge. Hotel room rates are per room, per night, and subject to applicable taxes.

This block of rooms has been reserved for October 9, 2017 – October 15, 2017.

Taxes: All rooms are subject to the prevailing city, county and state taxes.

Check In Time:       4:00pm

Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated upon request and room availability. The hotel will gladly provide baggage storage.

Room Rate Cutoff Date:

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, September 25, 2017, (the “Cutoff Date”). At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale.  Reservations received after the Cutoff Date will be confirmed on a space-available basis at prevailing rates.

Parking:

The Hotel offers valet parking. Overnight parking is charged at $30.00 per night per vehicle with in and out privileges.
